History

In 2010 Rethink Possible Initiative was founded to address the need for housing. The importance of housing doesn’t carry quite the same relatability as access to education, food, or healthcare. People understand the importance of programs that support education and food, but unless you’ve experienced poverty, substandard housing, or homelessness, the need to provide good, affordable housing isn’t as obvious. Through Stable Housing, Rethink Possible Initiative would like to make the need for affordable housing a national conversation.

In April of 2012, Rethink Possible Initiative became incorporated. Maintaining the heart of the organization, Rethink Possible continues to grow and will consistently promote the clear vision and agenda of affordable housing solutions to end and prevent homelessness.
